We traveled to Logandale Nevada last weekend to attend the funeral of our cousin and niece, Lysha Marshall. She was in a car accident on her way to girls camp. Lysha and one of her best friends Heather were both taken. We will miss her dearly. Here are a few pictures from our trip.

Grandma has been waiting for a 5 generation picture for several months. We finally had everyone together to make it happen.

A few cousins and grandma great

Marissa thought these were the coolest trees she had ever seen. We stopped to take a few pictures outside our motel room

David's letter June 10, 2009

Dear Fam

Thanks for the email president called me last night but it took him a while to get a hold of me he left a message and by the sound of the message i knew something was wrong he said it was for me. President Dance is a great guy he said he knows stevens president too and gave him a call last night too so they can prepare for steven today. I know lysha is in a great place i know more than i ever have in my life about the plan of salvation and the truth of the message that we share it is still hard to see someone leave but the savior will comfort us and give us the strength we need through these trying times president said mom already left to go down there which is good my prays are with the marshalls and steven he will be an amazing missionary in the south i hope he is alright is he gonna go home or stay out i dont know how these things work. last night was an interesting night but president is a very spiritual man and i am greatful for your and his call. my companion is awesome to we had a good discussion last night and got to know eachother very well. you all are in my thoughts and prayers daily. tell the marshalls i love them and i know one day we will all be able to rejoice together our heavenly fathers plan is flawless and so is his love thanks for all of the love and support
